1. Fill four planters in front porch-plants chosen by Mary-est $200 -60 plus plant material)
2. Remove stump from Silverbell and plant Japanese maple Hogyoku-$160 -done

Total for additions-$360

NB-Billing submitted 4/20/26 for work to date-$1000 (incl 9 hrs labor @ $40/hr)

Total additions to initial bid- $720-includes additional plant material and tasks –

Current invoice total to complete project- $1080

Includes listed groundcovers to suppress weeds-

Four Stachys Byzantium-for under Pieris-$80

Four Parahebe “Delight” for under roses-$60

Four Liriope/False Mondo Grass for area with hostas at west fence-$40

Ten additional Parahebe “Miss Wilmott”/”Delight” for front beds-$70

Total additional plants-$250

Soil amendments for raised beds-$60 (four bags dry mix)

Debris removal fee-$50 (for stumps)

Labor total-

Based on estimate of 14 hrs @ $40/hr for weeding/planting-$560 plus four hours @ 50/hr for pruning-$200]

Total cost for labor-$760

NB- this is a good faith estimate-invoice not to exceed this amount without prior approval by homeowner
