NB— Trees were procured by landscape designer prior with client’s approval of purchase. Cost of trees is included herewith—$110 delivered plus $10 for planting mix = $120.
Total to date— $180.
[Final invoice to include design fee of $100 plus lumber cost for three posts and time to install @ $40/hr.]
