Chaenomeles speciosa is well known for its vibrant orange/salmon blossoms and wide branching, giving a rich horizontal focus with exquisite long-lived blooms. This specimen has woken my senses with neat fan-shaped branching pattern and exceptional color. A resilient and consistent cultivar that takes well to miniaturizing through bonsai techniques, this will be a joy to own and come to know over time as it evolves.
