1. Back patio area—Remove Heavenly Bamboo and replace with four Clematis varieties tolerant to part shade, along fence on north property line. $80
2. Add to hostas with ferns— suggest three ferns— Alaskan Fern, Woodwardia, and Japanese Painted Fern—$60
3. Add climbing Jasmine to planter by back door— $40
4. Add Asarum/native Ginger and Pulmonaria to Solomon’s Seal along east fence— $80
5. Add Japanese Forest Grass at side steps on SE 21st along outside of fence-n/c
6. Add late flowering perennials to area outside fence among Greek oregano— suggest Agastache/Hummingbird Mint, Zauchneria/California fuchsia (orange flowers summer to frost)—$120
7. Front garden— walkway— edge tulips and roses with low growing Parahebe “Miss Wilmott” (evergreen groundcover with white flowers summer to fall) and Hebe—$200
8. Add two shrubs to area under Cherry—suggest Germander, along with three other textural perennials such as Agapanthus— $120
9. Senecio shrub daisy— three for along SE 21st St sidewalk—$60

7. Trim Pieris in front garden along porch for foundation work—1 1/2 hrs.
8. Plant groundcovers along front walk from porch steps to corner sidewalk—2 hrs
9. Added— revise planting mix in four raised beds with pumice for drainage—2 hrs
