Description
This phenomenal bonsai had its debut at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show some years ago, where it was photographed with the beautiful stained glass screen, featured in a recent blog post. Now in a finely crafted bonsai container from Bell Hill studio in New Hampshire, she is approaching her second decade with a profusion of buds. Winter blooms begin on older branches in late February and continue through spring– and this cultivar is magnificent! A range of white, pink and red blossoms continue for up to two months. Blooms earlier as an indoor bonsai, as seen in this photograph, taken in March of this year. Fifteen years old.
