Camellia sasanqua “White Doves”

Description

Camellia sasanqua has the most beautiful– if ephemeral– blossoms of all the camellias. Soft clear white petals with a yellow eye distinguish this cultivar, named “White Doves” for the effect of birds flying in the branches. Fifteen years old, presented in pottery custom made by Portland ceramic artist Sherri Aytche.
