Acer palmatum dissectum atropurpureum—Redleaf Japanese Maple

Description

This small tree has filled a large place on my shelf in the past two years.  Very resilient during last year’s extreme weather, both in summer and winter— and taking shape in the classic vase profile of the species.Leaf reduction has begun, with partial defoliation to produce smaller foliage each flush. The wiring has set, and branch spacing is pleasing— now on to her mature presence in your garden.
